About Cantor Berel Faiden
Raised in Morristown, New Jersey, Berel Faiden discovered his passion for Jewish music at an early age. Since his Bar Mitzvah, Berel has dedicated himself to inspiring others through heartfelt tefillah and song. After studying in Toronto and Chicago, he went on to serve as a cantor for communities across the United States—including Los Angeles and Florida—as well as internationally, earning a reputation for his warm voice, sincerity, and ability to create meaningful moments through music.
Blending the rich traditions of cantorial, Chassidic, traditional Jewish, and Israeli music, Berel brings a sound that is both timeless and uplifting. His debut album, Chagiga, reflects this unique musical style, weaving together soulful melodies, vibrant energy, and heartfelt emotion. Whether leading a congregation in prayer or performing on stage, Berel's mission is to inspire, uplift, and bring people closer through the universal language of Jewish music.
